Note: Many of thee links ask you to sign up for a restaurant's mailing list in order to receive their free birthday gifts. Emails are not sent immediately - if your birthday is soon you should sign up at least a few weeks in advance. Too much mail? Unsubscribe from their mailing list after your birthday (though many companies offer freebies throughout the year!) or open a new email account just for freebie offers. I recommend having another email account just for offers anyhow, so that you don't have to sift through promotional emails with your primary email address.
